Shipping & Returns
A) Placing Orders
1. We currently accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. The total amount for payment is the same across all payment methods
2. The customer confirms that all personal information provided is updated, accurate, and true to the customer’s knowledge.
3. Niziq Athletics shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of failure by the customer to protect his/her information. Should the customer suspect illegal or unauthorised use of his/her account. Please contact niziqathletics@gmail.com
B) Order Acceptance
1. At the completion of the online order, the customer will be notified by email once the order has been received. The order will be dispatched once the consumer’s payment has been received
2. We have the right, prior to despatching the products(s) to decline an order for any reason, including but not limited to illegal or unauthorised reasons.
3. If Niziq cannot successfully supply the order, we will inform the customer via email. If the customer has already paid for the order, a refund can be issued.
C) Delivery and Collection
Please note that some rural or international locations will have a longer delivery time.
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses. In such cases of express postage and handling please request for Express Postage when making payment.
D) Delays
For local residents, If the product has not been delivered within 3 weeks please contact niziqathletics@gmail.com and attach your invoice receipt and product number.
For international residents, If the product has not been delivered within 4 weeks (one month) please contact niziqathletics@gmail.com and attach your invoice receipt, product number, and postal address.
E) Force Majeure
The Niziq Athletics is not liable for failure to perform obligations, including but not limited to, the fulfilment of an order or a delivery, if such failure occurs as a result of acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster) war, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, theft, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service or any other event or phenomenon beyond Niziq Athletics' control.
E) Cancel or Change Order
Niziq Athletic customers have the right to cancel their order within 48 hours of receiving their confirmation order email. For enquiries about possible modified arrangements please email niziqathletics@gmail.com and a Niziq Athletic staff member will contact you appropriately.
F) 30 Day Return Policy
You may return any product you have purchased to us, that is not faulty, in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was received and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid).
Send and email to niziqathletics@gmail.com, with attachment of invoice receipt, image of damaged or incorrect product.
Please keep in mind, for certain situations, we may ask you to return your item in order to process a resolution for you.
G) Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
1. Niziq Athletics will not be responsible for any damage or loss to product(s) whilst in transit the consumer returns to Niziq Athletics. It is highly suggested that the customer uses a recorded delivery service and obtains a proof of postage.
2. If product(s) being returned are lost or damaged whilst in transit, we reserve the right to change the consumer or deduct the refund amount attributable to such loss or damage.
